📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor delivery in real time.
❗ Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Edsonsoon is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier service disruptions, or natural events. If your package is delayed more than 7 days past the expected date, please reach out so we can help.
📬 Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an error causes the package to be returned to us, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
