What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Catalog pricing starts at 1,000 units per model. Smaller trial runs of 300 to 500 units are possible for stock colours at a slightly higher unit price. Samples of 1 to 10 pieces ship within 5 to 10 days so you can approve the bamboo finish, logo and packaging before committing to a production order.
Can you add our logo, and how is it applied?
Yes. Laser engraving is standard on bamboo and cork surfaces and costs nothing extra on production orders. Several wireless charger models also offer a backlit glow logo that lights up while charging. UV colour printing, custom packaging (Kraft box, colour box, sleeve), and a printed user manual in your brand name are all available.
What is the production lead time?
Typical lead time is 15 to 25 days after deposit and sample approval for orders up to 5,000 units. Larger or fully custom (ODM) orders take 30 to 45 days. We ship FOB Shenzhen or DDP by air or sea and supply CE, FCC, RoHS, MSDS and UN38.3 documents for customs.
Which certifications do your products carry?
Wireless chargers and power banks are tested to CE, FCC and RoHS. Battery products ship with MSDS and UN38.3 reports for air and sea freight. Qi-compliant charging circuits are used on all wireless models. FSC-sourced bamboo and BSCI social audit documentation are available on request for corporate procurement.
