No. We use selected bamboo that is cut, dried, shaped, sanded, and sealed before assembly. Bamboo is naturally strong for its weight, and the electronic parts are protected by the product structure. Like any natural material, it should not be bent aggressively or dropped onto hard surfaces.

Finished bamboo products are dried and surface-treated to reduce moisture absorption. Under normal indoor use they should not become moldy. We recommend keeping products away from long-term water exposure, very humid storage, and direct soaking.

The bamboo is selected, cut into workable sections, dried, CNC-shaped, polished, sealed, and then assembled with the charging electronics. Each batch is checked for fit, finish, charging function, and packaging quality before shipment.

Yes. We support laser engraving, printed logos, custom color boxes, kraft packaging, and private-label programs. MOQ depends on the customization method, but most OEM and ODM projects start from 1,000 units.
