Brief and quote
Send a reference link, tech pack or sketch. We reply within 24 hours with feasibility, unit price at each quantity tier, tooling cost (ODM only) and sample cost.

Samples and logo proof
Digital logo mock-up first, then 1 to 10 physical samples with your engraving in 5 to 10 days. Sample cost is credited against the production order.

Production and QC
30% deposit starts production. 100% inline inspection, AQL 1.5 / 2.5 final inspection, and photo or video QC reports before balance payment.

Documents and shipping
CE, FCC, RoHS test reports; MSDS and UN38.3 for battery products; FOB Shenzhen, EXW or DDP by air, sea or rail. We work with your forwarder or ours.

OEM, ODM and wholesale questions
What is the MOQ for OEM orders with a custom logo?
1,000 units per model at catalogue price. Trial orders of 300 to 500 units are possible on stock colours at a higher unit price. ODM projects with new tooling typically start at 2,000 to 3,000 units.
How much does logo customisation cost?
Laser engraving on bamboo and cork is included on production orders. UV colour printing and backlit glow logos add a small per-unit cost that we quote per model. There is no set-up fee for laser engraving.
What is the lead time for a custom order?
15 to 25 days after deposit and sample approval for OEM orders up to 5,000 units. ODM projects take 30 to 45 days after tooling approval. Rush production is possible for stock models.
Can you supply certifications for my market?
Yes. CE, FCC and RoHS are standard. UKCA, PSE, KC and SAA testing can be arranged for ODM projects. Battery products ship with MSDS and UN38.3. BSCI social audit reports and FSC bamboo sourcing documentation are available for corporate procurement.
Do you work with promotional product distributors and resellers?
Most of our volume goes to promotional product distributors, corporate gift agencies and eco brands in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia. We never sell to your end customer and can drop-ship to multiple addresses for gift programmes.
Where is the factory?
Our factory and showroom are in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, about one hour from Shenzhen. Factory visits and video tours are welcome; the legal entities are Dongguan BF Technology Co., Ltd (factory) and Shenzhen Timemate Technology Co., Ltd.
