Printed Kraft box
Unbleached recycled board with one-colour print, paper insert, no plastic window. The default for eco promotional products: lowest cost, recyclable everywhere, and it photographs well for the unboxing. Logo and product name print in black or one Pantone.
Colour box
White art board with full-colour print and optional matte lamination. The retail look for private-label orders and for gifts that sit on a shelf. Needs a print run, which adds a few days to lead time, and a laminated board is harder to recycle unless you specify a water-based varnish instead.
Sleeve over a Kraft tray
A printed paper sleeve around a plain Kraft box gives full-colour branding at close to Kraft cost, with one print surface to manage. Good for programmes that change artwork per client.
Plastic clamshell or PET window
Best product visibility on a retail peg, worst on sustainability and usually the most expensive. We advise against it for bamboo products unless a retailer's planogram demands it.
Inside the box
- Moulded pulp or Kraft card inserts instead of foam.
- Paper tape, no bubble wrap.
- A printed insert card with charging instructions and your brand message. Ask for a white-label manual if the product will carry your brand.
- USB-C cable coiled with a paper band, not a plastic tie.
Shipping cartons
Master cartons of 20 to 50 units with corner protection reduce sea-freight damage to well under one percent. Carton marks should carry your PO number, model, quantity and, for power banks, the lithium battery label.
